GUTS Act & Statutes
Gujarat University of Transplantation Sciences was established by the Government of Gujarat under the Gujarat University of Transplantation Sciences Act No. 09 of 2015. This legislation defines the powers, functions, and governance structure of the university.
The Act was subsequently amended in 2024 to align with new UGC and NMC regulations and to expand the mandate of the university in transplantation education and research.
