Right to Information Act, 2005
As per the Right to Information Act, 2005, Gujarat University of Transplantation Sciences has designated a Public Information Officer (PIO) to receive and process RTI applications from citizens.
Citizens may seek information related to the functioning, activities, and decisions of GUTS by submitting an RTI application along with the prescribed fee.

How to File an RTI Application
- 1Write your application clearly stating the information sought
- 2Attach RTI fee: ₹10 (Indian Postal Order / Cash / DD payable to GUTS)
- 3Submit to PIO in person, by post, or via email
- 4First Appeal lies with First Appellate Authority at GUTS
- 5Second Appeal lies with Chief Information Commissioner, Gujarat
BPL applicants are exempted from RTI fee. Attach a copy of BPL certificate with your application.
