About ICC
The Internal Complaint Committee (ICC) is constituted as per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. GUTS is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students, faculty, and staff.
The ICC investigates complaints of sexual harassment and ensures fair, time-bound resolution in accordance with the law. All proceedings are strictly confidential.
What constitutes Sexual Harassment (as per the Act)
- Unwelcome physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct of sexual nature
- Demand or request for sexual favours
- Showing pornography
- Any other unwelcome physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct of a sexual nature
To file a complaint, write to icc@guts.edu.in or submit in person to the Presiding Officer at the Registrar's Office.
