About SGRC
The Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) of Gujarat University of Transplantation Sciences is constituted as per UGC (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023 to address genuine grievances of students in an impartial and time-bound manner.
Students can submit grievances related to academic matters, examination, fee, hostel, library, laboratory, or any administrative issue. All complaints are treated confidentially and resolved within the prescribed time.

How to File a Grievance
- 1Submit your grievance in writing to the Registrar's Office or via email
- 2Grievance must include your name, course, enrollment number, and details of the issue
- 3Attach supporting documents if any
- 4Acknowledgment will be provided within 5 working days
- 5Resolution will be communicated within 30 working days
Note: SGRC does not entertain grievances related to examination results, admissions policy decisions, or matters already under litigation.
